When employees are tired of organizational change, then it is very difficult to deal with change management effectively. In the past the usual route was to do exercises for team building or coming up with big festivities to motivate employees but today it is not as easy as that anymore. Companies undergoing organizational management change will often start by communicating to the employees what the change is, when it will happen, and who will implement it. Instead of inspiring employees, there is no success in motivating staff but will cause anxiety among them because they are not sure what it is all leading to. In the end the staff member is asking what benefits it will have for him after all the organizational change takes place. A company can go through as many email announcements, meetings, messages from the Company President, and structured road exhibits so that this change can come about; but ultimately until the individual staff members experience the change firsthand it may not happen because they are unwilling to step in a direction that leads to something vague.
